This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Business Analysis.  It will provide knowledge and techniques required to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems.  Students will learn the process of gathering, analyzing and documenting software requirements and prepare for the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) and Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) examinations.
