COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course will introduce ASP.NET as a technology of building web sites. Students will get theoretical knowledge
and practical skills in using MS Visual Studio .NET as an editor for creating an advance ASP.NET code, VB.NET and
C# languages and ASP.NET rules.
 
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Upon completing this course students will have skills in:
 
Using the MS Visual Studio .NET as an editor for creating web sites;
Using the MS Internet Information Server for setting up the web sites;
Using the MS Internet Explorer Browser for testing the web sites;
Writing the Client Side scripts using JavaScript and VB Script;
Writing the Server Side scripts using VB.NET and C#;
 
STUDENT EXPECTATION:
 
Upon completing this course students will have skills in performing duties of Web developers in any IT department.
